Plant Based Resources for Optimal Health

All the good stuff.

This post is not about being quickly vegan. This post is about being the absolute healthiest that you can be by adopting an eating lifestyle of whole, plant-based foods.

To do list:

1. Drink plenty of water
2. Get adequate, quality sleep
3. Take Vitamin D and B12
4. Meditate regularly
5. Floss your teeth
6. Minimize or eliminate extracted oils, excess sugars, white flour, animal products and           processed food
7. Exercise daily: yoga, resistance, cardio
8. Read the research:

This is a list of the top 50 Vegan Blogs. It is a bit overwhelming. I've used recipes from many of these food writers and I've never been disappointed. Even if you just check out the first 10, you'll find some great new dishes to try. Most are easy to adapt to truly plant-based (low sugar, no oil) if that is the way you want to go. Some of the blogs are all plant-based and oil-free, such as FatFreeVegan.com.
